Does Voting by Proxy Mean Giving Up your Right to Privacy?
Source: CanLII

In Janet Cangiano v. Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 962, 2018 ONCAT 7 a unit owner questions not the validity of the election of the board, rather the validity of the proxy forms.  The decision made by Adjudicator Mary Ann Spencer, granted the Applicant’s request based on the Respondent’s original offering: That they would provide redacted electronic copies of the proxy forms at a cost to the Applicant of $27.60 (the property management company’s fee).
