Collecting Chargebacks Will Soon Become More Of A Challenge

This blog looks at the challenges amendments to Section 84 of the Condominium Act which would allow condo owners ‘new’ rights to challenge chargebacks.  The issue addressed is that it opens an avenue to condo owners to “challenge and/or delay payment of chargebacks” which will result the corporations need to find an “economical way to handle these sorts of “chargeback appeals.”
