- Preparation of Status Certificates
- Enforcement of your Condominium's Declaration, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations
MANAGING YOUR INSURANCE, LEGAL & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Arranging for insurance coverage and regular appraisals as required
- Liaising with legal counsel as required
- Completion of all required government filings
- Compliance with all laws and regulations (Federal, Provincial, and Local)
- Preparing your Condominium for the changes required by the amendments to the Condominium Act
