Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 962, 2018 ONCAT 7 a unit owner questions not the validity of the election of the board, rather the validity of the proxy forms. Collecting Chargebacks Will Soon Become More Of A Challenge
Source: Davidson Houle Allen LLP Condominium Law This blog looks at the challenges amendments to Section 84 of the Condominium Act which would allow condo owners ‘new’ rights to challenge chargebacks.
